Beatrice is the owner and broker behind Livingood Realty & Property Management. With a background in software engineering, business operations, and real estate investing, she brings an analytical, systems-driven approach to both brokerage and property management.

After serving in the United States Air Force, Beatrice earned a degree in computer science and built a career in technology before transitioning into real estate entrepreneurship. Her experience in engineering and process design continues to shape how Livingood operates — emphasizing efficiency, financial clarity, and disciplined decision-making.

As an active real estate investor herself, Beatrice understands property ownership from a practical, first-hand perspective. This experience informs her guidance to clients, particularly in areas of risk evaluation, long-term performance, and operational considerations that are often overlooked in traditional transactions.

With over 10 years of experience as a licensed real estate broker in Colorado, she brings deep market knowledge, integrity, and a true passion for helping families build lasting wealth. As a dedicated advocate for homeownership, she firmly believes that one of the best places to create long-term financial security is in residential real estate — and she is committed to helping her clients do exactly that. In addition to her real estate career, she proudly co-owns a successful plumbing business with her husband, Darrin. As entrepreneurs, they understand firsthand the value of smart investments, hard work, and strong community relationships.
When she’s not working with clients or running the family business, she loves adventuring with her husband and their two boys. Whether exploring the Colorado outdoors or making memories together, family is at the heart of everything she does. Her mission is simple: to guide, educate, and empower others to build wealth and create stability through real estate.
Jon Keith
My professional journey has always centered around service, education, and community. I began my career as an educator in the State of Alaska, where I spent 25 years helping students and families grow and succeed. I earned my Master’s Degree in Education during that time, deepening my commitment to leadership, communication, and guiding others through important decisions.
Alongside my work in education, I spent 13 years as the sole proprietor of a home remodeling business. That experience gave me hands-on knowledge of construction, property improvements, and the practical side of homeownership. Understanding how homes function — from structure to finishes — allows me to provide clients with insight that goes far beyond a typical transaction.
Today, I serve as a licensed real estate agent and property manager in Colorado with Livingood Property Management. I bring together my background in education, remodeling, and property management to help buyers, sellers, and investors make informed, confident decisions. Real estate is more than contracts and closings to me — it’s about helping people build stability, opportunity, and long-term value. I am proud to serve the Colorado community and approach every relationship with professionalism, transparency, and care.
